About the book: The Five Sisters - A Study of Child Psychology is the second book written by William Blatz about the Dionne quintuplets and their closely observed progress. (He also wrote the Collected Studies book). I find this book more interesting than his previous book, since it isn't so extremely detailed. I am guessing this book was more aimed at the general public, whereas the other book was probably of more interest to doctors. The book has 205 pages, and is divided into seven chapters: "A Unique Problem", "Who's Who", "The Habit of Culture", "The Discipline of Freedom", "Clouds and Sunshine", "No Two Alike" and "Looking Forward". It is illustrated with about 40 pictures. I would say this is a very interesting read for the Dionne quintuplets fan. A recommended book, and worth the money if you come over a copy.
